Ingredients:

- 3 bananas

- 3 eggs

- 1/3 cups of coconut oil

- 1/3 cups cocoa powder

- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 F for 10 minutes before starting the batter. Make sure you place the cake in the middle of the oven, so it cooks evenly.
  2. Grease with coconut oil the 10" round cake pan.

Combine the wet:

  1. Add to a blender, bananas, eggs & coconut oil and mix for 3 minutes and leave in the blender.

Finish the batter:

  1. Once you have the wet ingredients mixed, add the cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder and mix for 3 minutes, until it has a smooth consistency texture without lumps.
  2. Add the batter to the already greased 10" round cake pan.
  3. Lower the temperature of the oven to 250F and cook for 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
  4. Once it's cooked, let it cool for 1-2 hours, after which you can cut it into triangular pieces and add some powdered sugar on top and a mint leaf for decoration.
  5. Ready to be enjoyed!
